This area of our expertise is mainly for commercial clients but is often called upon in domestic projects, some examples include concrete repairs often as a consequence of structural failure, resin bonding which involves the injection of resin into fractures enabling building fractures to be repaired without the need for destructive techniques and underpinning.

We also undertake adaptation work, bringing many schools and local authority buildings in line with government guidelines with regards to the Disability Act and anti ligature work usually required in mental institutions preventing harm coming to patients.
