New Homes

New homes on individual building plots are increasingly difficult not only to find but to build due to restrictive planning policies. However with specialist in-house knowledge the examples below show how a successful design and construction project can be carried out.

Days Lane

This large detached house was built for the owner following a total loss of the previous house by fire. This property was not designed by Craymanor but the initial design by others was developed by us to create this great new home.

Beechway

This fantastic but small three bedroom detached house in Bexley fits well in the surroundings and is the result of two years of careful planning and consultation with London Borough of Bexley Planning Office.

Sherwood Park Avenue

This new house was built on the side of the client’s existing home creating a large four bedroom property featuring an open plan kitchen, good size lounge at ground floor level with a bathroom and ensuite at first floor level together with a superb loft conversion at second floor offering an additional fifth bedroom.

Mews Houses

Here Craymanor converted this redundant and derelict building into a pair of fantastic semi-detached two bedroom houses backing onto open park and woodland.

The Cherries

An existing garage was demolished and this detached two storey garage constructed in Metropolitan Green Belt. The opportunity was taken to negotiate with the planning office to widen the garage particularly at ground floor level and to change the design to offer a more contemporary feel to the building. This was done by careful design and negotiation both with the planning office and our client to achieve a good quality garage and significant usable floor space at first floor level.

PL Granny Annex

After completing extensive refurbishment and extension works for our long-time clients in Sidcup, they then instructed Craymanor to carry out this fantastic, spacious, open plan granny annex to the rear of their property.
