August 2014

Craymanor have been given instructions to proceed with building regulations for this huge refurbishment of a derelict house in Great Buckland, Luddesdown.

Our clients had previously lost confidence in their former contractors and through word of mouth and recommendation, contacted Craymanor Limited to take their application through to approval.

This is a major project being undertaken by our clients and includes the wholesale refurbishment of the existing property including roof and outer walls insulation, re-rendering, new windows, new electrical, plumbing and central heating systems along with general internal works.

In addition to the refurbishment of the existing property a new single storey rear extension is to be provided for to enlarge their home.

As explained to our clients with all developments of this type there are always going to be elements of work that require further investigation and which will fall outside the general scope of works, for example cess pits, water mains and drainage etc. and we hope to work together with our clients and local authority to achieve building regulation approval and to enable our clients to then start renovating their home.
