Chalet Style Dormer Conversion in Sidcup, Kent – Extension Submitted for Planning Permission

We have been working with our customer to achieve two additional bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/family room to his two bedroom house in Sidcup.

Having worked closely with our customer we have now completed the drawings and have submitted them to the London Borough of Bexley to obtain both planning permission and building regulation approval and look forward to receiving those permissions so that we can progress the project forward to carry out the building work . This project offers excellent improvement to this existing two bedroom chalet style home in creating a large four bedroom (together with a large family room) home offering excellent value for money.
