As the scheme developed it was then decided to include for a new loft conversion enabling two new bedrooms and a bathroom at second floor level together with providing access to steel and glass framed balconies.
The property is in Metropolitan Green Belt and therefore the design of the loft conversion had to be carefully negotiated with the planning office to ensure that it complimented the existing house and the Metropolitan Green Belt designation.
Additional daylight was provided to the first and second floor landing by installing a triple velux light unit together with bespoke oak dividing sections.
