Craymanor Limited were recommended to this client through a client friend who Craymanor had carried out a two storey extension for. The clients requirements were to provide a two storey side extension and to convert the existing loft space.
This work included for the almost complete removal of the roof and the installation of a steel frame which had to be hidden within the building fabric. The client’s overall objective was not only to create the additional living space incorporating two additional bedrooms a bathroom and enlarged kitchen and integral garage together with a refurbished porch, but also to create curb-side appeal, that is to say a property that looked aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the environment.
Craymanor Limited worked closely with the client to reach a design that was felt to be the best solution and this was originally refused planning permission but subsequently approved on appeal when Craymanor Limited appealed to the secretary state who wholeheartedly supported Craymanor Limited’s efforts and design.
The client has stated that they are over the moon with the works carried out by Craymanor Limited and are very proud of their home and firmly believe that Craymanor Limited achieved all of their objectives and offered great value for money.
