Craymanor Ltd established in 1988 with the purpose to provide a quality service in creating home extensions and alterations and since has developed, not only as one of the areas leading home extension companies, but developed its in house design department with traditional hand drawings and C.A.D. for Planning Permission and Building Regulation applications.

In 1988 the Company Director, David Phillips, was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Craymanor attained Chartered status in both building and construction work. This status is a well earned privilege and is as a result of complete dedication to consistently providing quality projects which represent a good investment and value for money.

As a result of our consistent approach to building and construction, Craymanor now operates in a variety of areas from home extensions to specialist requirements as detailed on this website.
